Tomato #4

BAKED PARMESAN TOMATOES
Ingredients:
4 small ripe tomatoes
Grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped chives, oregano or other fresh herb

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice tomatoes in half crosswise. Slice just a bit off each half to create a flat bottom. Top with Parmesan, salt and pepper and fresh herb. Bake for about 15 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
