SICILIAN TOMATOES WITH MOZZARELLA
Ingredients:
½ tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp dried parsley
1-19 ounce can of stewed tomatoes
1 c shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Directions: Mix the basil, oregano, and strewed tomatoes. Pour into a buttered 1-quart casserole dish. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees until cheese is melted and thoroughly warm.
