Cucumber #2

CUCUMBER AND AVOCADO SALAD
Ingredients:
1 cucumber
Salt
Chili Pepper
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp minced onion
1 red bell pepper chopped
1 head lettuce
1 ripe avocado, sliced
Fresh parsley

Directions: Peel and slice the cucumber paper-thin. Season with salt, chili pepper, and lime juice. Sprinkle in onion and red pepper. Arrange lettuce on 6 serving plates. Pile cucumber mixture in center of each plate and add avocado slices and parsley.
