Spinach #1

CREAMY SPINACH DIP
Ingredients:
1 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeeze dry
1 ½ c sour cream
2 tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp Greek seasoning

Directions: Pulse the spinach alone in a food processor. Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend well. Serve over cucumber rounds or as a dip for other vegetables.

Makes: 2 cups (8—1/4 c servings)
