Radishes #2

FATTOUSH
Ingredients:
1/3 of an English cucumber, chopped
4 ounces quartered, grape tomatoes
3 radishes, chopped
½ yellow bell pepper, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
¼ c cilantro, chopped
¼ c mint, chopped
Dressing:
Juice of lemon or lime
1 Tbsp olive oil
½ tsp sumac
½ tsp Splenda
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions: Combine salad ingredients in large bowl. In smaller second bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Toss the dressing with the salad and serve.
