CROCK POT CREAMY RANCH CHICKEN LIGHT
Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
8 ounces light sour cream
1 can low-fat cream of chicken soup
½ chopped yellow onion
½ c water
1 pinch salt
Pepper
Directions: Put all ingredients into the crock pot. Cook on low for 6 hours stirring occasionally.
