BROCCOLI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE
Ingredients
1 head fresh broccoli, cut and blanched
24 oz cottage cheese
1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
½ c melted butter
6 eggs, beaten
Directions
Mix together first four ingredients. Add eggs. Pour all into a 3 quart buttered casserole dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve warm.
