CABBAGE CASSEROLE
Ingredients:
1 small head cabbage, cut into small wedges
1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
1 onion, chopped
1 16-oz can tomatoes
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place cabbage in a lightly oiled 2-qt casserole dish. Add ground beef. Chop or mash tomatoes and pour over the top. Cover and bake for 1 ½ hours.
