Green Beans #3

GREEN BEANS WITH ROASTED RED PEPPERS
Ingredients
2 pounds green beans
1-7 oz jar roasted red peppers, drained and cut in strips
¼ c French fried onions, crushed
2 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp butter or olive oil
2 tsp dried basil
¾ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions: Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a 9x13x2 in pan with foil. Combine green beans, roasted red peppers French fried onions, water, butter, basil, salt and pepper in a large bowl and transfer to the foil-lined pain. Cover with another sheet of foil. Bake 30-35 minutes. Uncover and stir, sprinkle with additional crushed French fried onions. Bake 5 minutes longer uncovered.
Makes 8-10 servings.
